Solid State Devices
In fall of 2016, I fabricated my own nMos device (shown left) at SMU’s clean room. The final result was a functional microelectronic device, fabricated on a silicon wafer.
The course focused on the fundamentals of semi-conductor fabrication and mechanics. For the interested, the final report is attached below, which provides context on the process of fabrications and the core principles at work. For the unacquainted with microelectronics insomniac, the paper provides 59 pages of perfectly dry jargon.
