A deep dive into cloud native development

I was selected to be a part of the inaugural class of the Deloitte Cloud Institute, a training program focused on adapting today’s workforce for tomorrow’s tech landscape. Over the course of 12 weeks, we studied cloud native development from functional and technical perspectives.

We worked primarily in Google Cloud Platform, building basic apps using Google Cloud Compute Engine, App Engine, and Google Kubernetes Engine. We reviewed case studies on how cloud has improved operations across industries, and considerations on cloud strategy. At the end of the program, I was certified on Google Cloud Platform as an associate cloud engineer.
